About Our Client
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join their Medical Affairs team as Project Management. This role provides essential administrative and operational support for strategic key opinion leader (KOL) engagements, and digital initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure smooth project execution and play a key role in driving the success of Medical Affairs initiatives.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities:
* KOL Engagement Support – Plan and coordinate logistics for KOL activities, including meetings and bookings.
* Document and report engagement outcomes in compliance with company standards.
DD&T Alignment (Digital, Data & Technology)
* Serve as the main point of contact between Medical Affairs and DD&T.
* Maintain and manage the DD&T Medical Affairs roadmap.
* Support AI projects, website development, and other digital transformation initiatives.
Congress Administration
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive Congress Tracker to coordinate all activities.
* Oversee communications before, during, and after congresses (emails, Science Day, briefings).
* Support integration of booth operations, KOL activities, symposiums, and sponsorship agreements.
* Prepare KOL engagements as needed, including scheduling, bio creation, and documentation.
* Negotiate and finalize agreements with medical societies (e.g., sponsorships).
Project Management - Internal Repository Hub
* Lead improvement projects for DRC 2.0, including vendor management, content restructuring, guideline creation, alignment with content owners, and communications.
Metrics and Reporting
* Own and manage GMA dashboard metrics to measure the impact of Medical Affairs activities (KOL engagements, congresses, digital tools).
* Provide regular performance updates to Medical Affairs leadership.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have:
Education And Experience
* Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries, ideally in Medical Affairs or project management.
Skills
* Strong project management and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in digital platforms (e.g., Veeva Insights, congress tools, DRC).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competencies
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, DD&T, external stakeholders).
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Collaboration & Commitment
* Work closely with Medical Affairs leadership, DD&T teams, and other internal stakeholders.
* Flexible and adaptable to tight deadlines, with a strong commitment to ethical standards.
