Main Responsibilities:

* Identify potential leads and evaluate new project or investment opportunities
* Forge strategic alliances with companies, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance growth prospects
* Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to build brand visibility
* Assist in preparing tenders, including cost analysis and coordinating with consultants and partners
* Develop procurement strategies and lead procurement operations during tender preparation and project execution
* Oversee contract drafting and management throughout the lifecycle of assets
* Manage project financing tasks, including securing bonds and guarantees, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions
* Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitor project costs and progress to ensure objectives are met
* Participate in discussions with clients, funding entities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a closely related discipline
* A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with site-based construction experience being advantageous
* Demonstrated ability in business development and recognizing market opportunities
* Proven expertise in networking and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders
* Experience in transport, renewable energy, or water infrastructure projects is highly desirable
* Proficient in office productivity tools and software
* Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and tools
* Significant experience in project controls, scheduling, cost management, or project coordination
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with exceptional communication and team-building skills
* Process-oriented with a focus on achieving consistent results
* Positive and proactive attitude when addressing challenges
* Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus
