Senior Sales Professional
We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our client's team and drive revenue growth through strategic B2B opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and close high-value deals in the crypto exchange, brokerage, OTC, DeFi, and institutional fintech segments.
* Pitch a comprehensive solution for wallet orchestration, settlements, cold/hot storage, treasury management, and compliance workflows.
* Conduct in-depth discovery of client needs and deliver customized demos and commercial proposals.
* Lead complex sales cycles involving C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
* Represent our organization at key industry events, expos, and investor conferences.
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within crypto-native infrastructure (custody, wallets, blockchain infrastructure, settlement networks).
* Proven success selling complex fintech or crypto SaaS/API-based infrastructure to exchanges, brokers, banks, or payment service providers.
* Strong knowledge of custody models, multi-signature and MPC wallet technologies, hot/cold wallet architecture, and technical integration processes.
* Established network of decision-makers across the fintech and crypto sectors (CTOs, COOs, CPOs, innovation leads).
* Comfortable navigating global regulatory frameworks, with an understanding of licensing and cross-border crypto transactions.
