The industry is rapidly evolving toward automation, digitalization, and rapid microbiological methods (RMM). This internship will contribute to our strategic roadmap to modernize and optimize microbiological controls. /p h3Your role /h3 pThe intern will participate in the benchmarking, evaluation, and preliminary qualification of alternative rapid and automated microbiology technologies. Activities include: /p ul liMapping available RMM and automated solutions. /li liComparing technologies based on performance, regulatory acceptance, cost, and operational fit. /li liConducting traditional testing as compendial reference method. /li liDesigning and executing laboratory evaluations by tests in accordance to study protocol (feasibility, robustness, usability). /li liSupporting data analysis, risk assessment, and decision matrices (SWOTs, scoring grids, ROIs). /li liContributing to recommendations for implementation within QC Microbiology. /li liPreparing technical reports and presenting findings to QC, manufacturing leadership and QA stakeholders. /li liContributing to the transformation roadmap. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liCurrently undertaking studies in a relevant field /li liMethodical, curious and team spirit /li liFluent in English, French is a plus /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
