You will act as a key technical interface between REGENHU and its customers, focusing on advanced operation of our bioprinting systems and the development of complex additive manufacturing workflows. This role combines customer-facing application work with system-level expertise, without machine development or wet-lab activities.You will complement our existing FAE team by bringing strong hardware and workflow knowledge, helping customers get the most out of our technology, and supporting pre-sales demonstrations, trainings, and advanced post-sales projects.Main responsibilitiesApplication & Pre-SalesOperate REGENHU’s bioprinting platforms at an expert level and demonstrate advanced system capabilitiesDevelop, optimize, and explain complex additive manufacturing workflows (toolpaths, process parameters, multi-material workflows)Guide customers in configuring their systems and translating their goals into robust printing strategies.Support pre-sales activities with technical evaluations, demos, and recommendationsFollow customer projects and provide hands-on workflow support (remote or on-site)Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, providing feedback to internal teams on technical differentiators, customer needs, and market opportunitiesPost-Sales Training & Advanced SupportDeliver in-depth system and workflow training to new and advanced usersHelp customers troubleshoot system-level issues from a power-user perspectiveContribute to documentation, application guides, webinars, and technical contentService Backup Act as a secondary resource for installations or troubleshooting when Customer Support is overloadedPerform basic component adjustments or replacements when required (not a primary responsibility)QualificationsEngineering degree (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field)3–5 years of experience with complex technical systems: 3D printing, CNC, robotics, automation, instrumentation, or similarAdvanced operator-level understanding of mechatronic systems (motion control, precision mechanics, extrusion, thermal control)Ability to read, modify, and tune G-code and understand its impact on print behaviorExperience developing or optimizing additive manufacturing workflowsStrong troubleshooting mindset across mechanics, electronics, and software interactionsExcellent communication skills; confident and credible with both researchers and engineersAbility to explain technical concepts clearly, adapting depth to the audienceWhy join us?Contribute to systems used by top research labs worldwide and help shape the next generation of bioprinting workflowsWork in a small, multidisciplinary team (FAE + Customer Support + Sales), with high visibility and real impactParticipate in international customer interactions across Europe, the Americas, and AsiaEnjoy a mix of autonomy, hands-on work, and collaboration with R&D, Applications, and Support teamsTravel up to 30%, mostly planned and predictableBeginning: immediately or upon agreementSeize this opportunity to join our teams by sending us your complete application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates). jidfe0cdbfa jit0105a jiy26a
