The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
Sales Strategy
* Implement sales strategies and related business objectives across the country.
* Develop country-specific plans with broker teams aligned with sales strategies and support relationship maintenance with clients and suppliers.
* Monitor progress monthly and report bi-monthly to senior management, highlighting issues and recommendations.
Client Relationship Management
* Cold call prospect clients to expand the existing client portfolio.
* Visit potential, new, and existing customers to generate further business.
* Maintain and develop relationships to maximize opportunities and increase loyalty.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
* Proficiency in local regional language and English.
* Knowledge of the local market.
* Experience in the aviation industry.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
* Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills.
