PpTechnis is an innovative technology company specializing in smart sensor data and advanced analytics to optimize building performance. /p pOur solution, Technis Energy Intelligence, enables real estate owners, asset managers, and enterprises to monitor, analyze, and optimize their energy consumption while improving ESG performance and regulatory compliance. /p pAs part of our expansion in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Sales Executive to accelerate our growth in this strategic market. /p h3Tasks /h3 pReporting to the Head of Sales Energy, you will be responsible for driving new business development for Technis Energy Intelligence across German-speaking Switzerland. /p pYour key responsibilities include: /p ul liDeveloping and managing a pipeline of new logo opportunities /li liIdentifying and engaging decision-makers within real estate owners, asset managers, property managers, and large enterprises /li liManaging complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months) /li liLeading sales of integrated solutions combining on-site sensor hardware and SaaS software platforms /liliBuilding compelling value propositions around energy performance, operational efficiency, and ESG impact /li liCoordinating with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, operations) to ensure successful project execution /li liNegotiating commercial agreements and closing deals /li liMaintaining accurate forecasting and CRM reporting /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pExperience /p ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales /li liProven track record in managing long and complex sales cycles /li liExperience selling technology solutions combining hardware (on-site sensors or technical equipment) and software (SaaS platforms) /li liComfortable engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers /li /ul pSkills /p ul liStrong hunter mindset with excellent closing abilities /li liAbility to understand and communicate complex technical solutions /li liHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit /li liStructured and disciplined sales approach /li /ul pLanguages /p ul liFluent Swiss German (mandatory) /li liProfessional English (mandatory) /li liFrench is a plus /li /ul pExpertise /p ul liKnowledge of the Swiss real estate or building market /li liUnderstanding of energy management and ESG challenges /li liExperience in IoT, smart building, or building automation environments /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWhy Join Technis? /p ul liJoin a fast-growing technology company /li liPlay a key role in developing a strategic market /li liContribute directly to the energy transition of buildings /li liThrive in an agile and entrepreneurial environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
