R&D Partners is seeking a QC Operational Data Analyst to join a dynamic team in the biotechnology industry. This role focuses on monitoring and analyzing operational metrics, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze QC operational metrics and data trends.
* Prepare visual reports on data trends (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or ad hoc).
* Investigate monitoring excursions to mitigate risks and ensure optimal environmental conditions.
* Represent QC in facility qualifications, including clean rooms, utilities, and filling lines.
* Collaborate with internal and external labs for effective data exchange.
* Drive implementation of process improvements and change initiatives.
* Provide cross‑functional support as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* MSc or higher in biological sciences (e.g., Microbiology, Environmental Science).
* Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Proven experience in data management and environmental monitoring.
* Proficiency in IT systems for data acquisition and monitoring.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
