Responsibility
* Plan, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risks.
* Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate appropriate countermeasures.
* Prepare, support, and lead audits and certifications such as TISAX or ISO/IEC 27001.
* Conduct penetration tests, vulnerability scans, and technical audits.
* Organize training, campaigns, and awareness measures for cybersecurity.
Qualifications
* University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
* At least 3 years in a similar role, with 5 years of technical experience in security concepts.
* Experience with SOC/CSIRT operations and security incident management.
* Fluent German (written and spoken); fluent English required.
