Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of pitch and other client materials.
* Conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
* Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses.
* Specialize in consumer and healthcare sectors.
* Support due‑diligence processes on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
* Work as part of a project team on live transactions.
* Gain meaningful, on‑the‑job experience similar to a first‑year analyst.
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in both German and English (additional language skills are advantageous).
* Penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree by the internship start date, or already graduated.
* Outstanding academic record, preference for a degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
* Previous internship experience within M&A advisory and/or related fields.
* Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
* Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Interest in the consumer and healthcare sectors.
* Motivated and able to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
* International experience desirable but not essential.
