Position We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Urdorf.
Key responsibilities Receiving and recording orders and other customer enquiries by telephone and email
Recording and processing customer complaints, return receipts, credit notes and transport damage
Processing lease and purchase agreements in German and French
Customer relationship management, changes to terms and conditions, and CRM monitoring
Planning direct deliveries
Key requirements Completed commercial apprenticeship, retail trade or commercial school required
Customer sales experience
Affinity for technology
High willingness to learn
Dedicated and communicative personality
Very good French and German language skills, Italian is an advantage
