As part of a strategic supply chain transformation, they are building a world-class Global Planning Control Tower to enhance visibility, agility, and responsiveness across their global operations.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Global Planning Control Tower to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of a centralized planning hub powered by Kinaxis RapidResponse. This role will be instrumental in orchestrating demand, supply, and inventory planning across regions, enabling real-time decision-making and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global implementation and continuous improvement of the Planning Control Tower using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Design and operationalize planning workflows that integrate demand, supply, and inventory signals.
Enable scenario planning, exception-based management, and predictive analytics to support agile decision-making.
Collaborate with regional planning teams, IT, and global supply chain leadership to align processes and data governance.
Drive the adoption of best practices in digital planning and control tower operations.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure planning accuracy, responsiveness, and supply chain resilience.
Act as a global process owner for planning control tower capabilities and governance.
Your Profile
8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with a strong focus on digital transformation and planning systems.
Deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (configuration, deployment, and optimization).
Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes: demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
