Opening and Your Responsibilities
To strengthen our global TA Team located in Greifensee, Switzerland, we are looking for an open-minded, energetic and engaged Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% (all genders).
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to interview processes, and support the onboarding of new hires, using our ATS.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, including sourcing.
Close cooperation with the TA teams (Switzerland and European countries).
Develop and maintain a strong talent pool and utilize data-driven approach, recruitment metrics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process.
Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand in Switzerland, including presence at university fairs and campus recruitment.
Participate in employer branding activities.
What You Need to Succeed / Qualifications
You have at least two years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
You have experience with modern TA technologies and platforms (ATS, CRM, AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Avature would be a plus.
Experience with recruitment within a similar industry is an advantage.
You bring strong interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail with good ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
Furthermore, you are fluent in English and German.
