In the context of a reinforced financial structure, we are looking for an autonomous candidate, capable of ensuring the accounting and smooth operation. You will integrate a dynamic, stimulating, and demanding environment, where quality, precision, and a sense of responsibility are essential. Your missions: - Accounting (CSM & Millennium X supplier invoices) - Management of client invoices (excluding medical) - Regular bank reconciliation and collections - Structured follow-up of debtors (30/60/90 days tables) - Management of reminders and files and control of supplier payments - Management and control of cash (counting, bank deposits) - Monitoring of bank fees and discrepancies of accounting elements in view of active closure with the external accountant and continued process improvement - Management and monitoring of stocks - Occasional logistical support & versatility - Occasional replacement at reception if needed and for internal processes Your profile: - CFC of commercial employee or equivalent - Minimum 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in accounting - Proficiency in accounting software (Bexio preferred) with bank reconciliations and financial flows - Excellent command of tools to work autonomously - Precision and high sense of responsibility - Analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset - Absolute discretion and strict compliance with confidentiality - Knowledge of English What we offer: - A key position in the financial department of a developing clinic - Real autonomy in your work - Close collaboration with management - A stimulating environment promoting professional development - An engaged and caring team Your talent deserves an environment that matches it.
