Our client, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, is hiring a
Cloud Business Development Manager
to join their team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving cloud business growth across the country by engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for achieving the
cloud business sales target in Switzerland
.
* Utilize various external channels to
expand the customer base and ecosystem partners
, identifying potential opportunities and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams (
Enterprise Business Group, Carrier Network Business Group, Marketing, Support, etc.
) to drive cloud sales and create new cloud opportunities.
* Work with
cloud partners
to drive deeper integration between their solutions and the client's platform.
* Provide
market insights
and define strategies for
cloud business development
aligned with specific industry expansion targets.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking
Cloud Business Development Managers
with a strong background in the
digital-native and Internet sectors
, including
e-commerce, media, and gaming
.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have:
Experience working for a cloud service provider
, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud solutions and market dynamics.
Proven ability to establish and maintain direct relationships with CIOs and Technical Directors
in the digital-native and Internet industries, driving business growth and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience
in Cloud Business Development or Cloud Solution Architecture.
* Proven track record in
developing customers and ecosystem partners independently
.
* Strong understanding of the
cloud market and specific industries
.
* Experience in the
internet vertical of Cloud Hyperscalers
(such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or other similar platforms) or their partners is
highly preferred
.
* Strong technical knowledge
is a plus.
* Excellent
presentation and communication skills
.
* Strong

* Fluency in both German and English is required
