Key Account Supply Chain Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to work closely with key customers, managing and overseeing all orders for assigned accounts. As part of our Product Line Supply Chain team, you will ensure seamless communication with supply chain partners and optimize the supply chain strategy for dedicated key accounts.
Your Responsibilities
1. Communicate customer inventory needs and requirements to supply chain partners.
2. Define and optimize the supply chain strategy for the dedicated key account across all Product Lines.
3. Facilitate inventory planning and deployment (e.g., maintain consignments).
4. Serve as the direct and single point of contact for the sales manager and customer on order-related topics.
5. Create and maintain a KPI report (OTDc, OTDr, Lead Time, Inventory Level, etc.) monthly, including stakeholder communication and tracking actions.
6. Actively manage customer in-stock and on-shelf inventory availability.
7. Discuss and resolve product and component shortages with the customer.
8. Work on global NPI launch requirements (quantity and timing) within the PLSCM team.
9. Participate in internal and external meetings.
10. Coordinate capacity assessments along the value chain to ensure fulfillment of customer demand plans.
11. Build partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, etc.
12. Plan and maintain the customer portfolio to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Technical education or practical experience in administration or Supply Chain.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
3. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management in global organizations, preferably in the semiconductor industry or related industries.
4. Proven planning, analytical, presentation, and execution skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Tableau; ERP experience with Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
6. Customer, market, and channel knowledge and experience are advantageous.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.
8. Strong analytical skills, including data evaluation, solution development, and implementation.
9. Influencing and collaborative skills across organizational levels.
10. End-to-end understanding of valve business operations and ability to communicate using relevant terminology.
11. Service mindset, good communication skills, and sound judgment.
12. Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
