The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
As a member of the Transformation function, this role supports the development and deployment of 3PL Engagement and Segmentation capabilities, with a primary focus on building and maintaining the Fit-for-Purpose (FFP) segmentation model, defining engagement models by partner segment, and enabling structured governance across the 3PL portfolio. The role contributes to the design and deployment of account plans, governance cadence standards, and hypercare constructs, while enabling regional teams to adopt and apply these capabilities. The position works in close partnership with Warehousing Procurement, Operations, and regional Deliver teams to ensure engagement intensity is aligned to partner criticality, risks and contract lifecycle management.
