To complete our management team, we are looking for an adult home:Head of Accommodation UnitReporting to the management team of the adult department, you are responsible for the management of a home and the supervision of the dedicated team, with a focus on the health, well-being, development, and fulfillment of the beneficiaries. You are the guarantor of the objectives and you contribute, through an interdisciplinary approach, to building support cohesion within the institution.Main missions and responsibilities:- Propose the support guidelines for the home and the resulting objectives.- Plan and organize the unit's activity.- Guarantee the values, the quality of care, the support of the beneficiaries, and the professionalism of the teams.- Support the team by promoting an equitable distribution of tasks and skills development.- Maintain the link and communication with internal and external partners (hospital environments, families, and networks).- Maintain a fluid link with management via transparent communication and represent the institution occasionally.- Contribute to the evolution of the institution and participate in transversal projects by being a source of proposals.- Ensure the HR and financial monitoring of the home in connection with the relevant services.Personal qualities and professional skills:- Holder of a HES diploma in social work, ideally supplemented by training in management.- Confirmed experience in a similar position, with proven skills in project management and an ability to develop a vision aligned with the institution's values; you possess excellent knowledge of the disability sector.- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), promoting transversality.- Caring leader, recognized for your listening skills and ability to unite a team around common projects.- Ability to manage complex situations, support change, and mobilize adapted solutions.- Strong sense of responsibility and aptitude for developing solutions.- Driving license B.We offer:- A stimulating and dynamic work environment with an experienced multidisciplinary team.- A rich institutional environment, serving children, adolescents, and adults in need.- A continuing education policy to support your professional development.- Working conditions according to the CCT Social Vaud.- A unique and pleasant work environment.- Activity rate: 90 to 100%.- Start date: August 1 or to be agreed upon.- Application deadline: May 15.Please send your complete application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates).
