About the Role
We are seeking a Production Process Specialist to join our team in Couvet, Neuchâtel. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sterile production and hold a degree in process engineering or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain manufacturing processes that consistently deliver compliant product output while ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
* Support daily production activities and execute improvement projects to enhance operational excellence.
* Collaborate with other departments to mitigate unplanned events and develop remediation plans.
Requirements:
1. Degree in process engineering or related fields
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sterile production (aseptic & terminal sterilized operations)
The successful candidate will be fluent in French & English (written & spoken), possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical approach, structured way of working.
