Position: Working in close partnership with the trust officers and administrators, the MLRO/Trust Operations Specialist will oversee the administration and management of complex international trust and company structures, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulatory standards and AML obligations. Key responsibilities include: Managing trust and company structures for UHNW clients across multiple jurisdictions. Ensuring compliance with Swiss trust, AML, and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate records and supporting fiduciary operations through efficient use of trust management systems. Acting as a key liaison on compliance matters and supporting internal governance initiatives.
