In this role, you will act as a key link between engineering, quality, verification, and business stakeholders, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, understood, and translated into successful solutions. More about the role * Define, analyze, and maintain product requirements for innovative hearing solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on product features, functionality, and expectations * Create and maintain clear, structured, and testable requirements and specifications * Ensure requirements comply with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable regulations * Maintain traceability between user needs, product requirements, test cases, and risks * Contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements engineering practices, processes, and tools * Participate in project development teams and support the successful delivery of new product features More about you * Engineering degree or equivalent technical education * Further education or training in Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field * 2 years of experience in product development, ideally in a Requirements Engineering or similar role * Experience defining, documenting, and managing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle * Understanding of hardware and/or software development processes * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring collaboration within cross-functional teams * Adaptable, collaborative, proactive, and a strong team player * Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Nice to have * IREB Foundation Level, INCOSE, or similar certification * Experience in regulated industries and/or medical device development * Familiarity with tools such as Polarion, Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams * German language skills More about what we offer As one of the world-s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we are committed to building an inclusive culture where you can balance a successful career with your life outside of work through our flexible hybrid working model.
