The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead and scale our commercial efforts globally, beginning with the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You’ll be responsible for building out our sales strategy, winning our early customers, and laying the groundwork for international growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, understands the complexities of healthcare sales, and is excited to build from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Lead sales strategy and execution in the DACH region as our first target market
Identify, engage, and close key customers (ambulatory clinics, hospitals, health systems)
Build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market model across new markets as we grow
Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and drive product-market fit
Own the full sales lifecycle, from outreach and demos to negotiation and onboarding
Develop strategic partnerships and channels where relevant
Drive market intelligence and competitive insights for global expansion
What You Bring
5–10 years of B2B sales experience in digital health, SaaS, or health tech
Proven track record of selling into healthcare providers in the DACH region
Strong understanding of European healthcare systems and procurement processes
Native or fluent German + professional English
Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience contributing to product feedback loops and go-to-market iteration
Willingness to travel across DACH and other global markets as needed
