Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as wholesalers, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and commercial partners
* Lead and support commercial discussions including pricing, contract terms, and partnership agreements
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the Swiss pharmaceutical landscape
* Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on market insights and product performance
* Support the introduction and market positioning of pharmaceutical products, including launch preparation and execution
* Identify growth opportunities for both existing and new products within assigned accounts
* Ensure consistent and structured documentation of activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
* Engage regularly with key accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term business development
* Represent the organization in external meetings, industry events, and interactions with relevant stakeholders
* Provide insights and feedback from the field to support internal strategy and decision‑making
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline
* Several years of experience in the Swiss pharmaceutical market, ideally within generics
* Proven track record in key account management and commercial negotiations
* Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and distribution channels
* Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into business actions
* Experience working with CRM tools and managing customer data in a structured manner
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Self‑driven and able to manage responsibilities independently in a dynamic environment
* Fluency in English, French, and German
