We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on data-driven projects within the financial services and alternative investments sector.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, supporting the development of modern data solutions and applications used across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
* Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders to design and deliver data solutions
* Support agile IT projects across the full project lifecycle
* Contribute to data modelling, analytics, and reporting initiatives
* Ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of data products
* Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize needs and support delivery
* Define and execute business test cases and support data quality validation
* Contribute to improving processes, methodologies, and internal practices
Requirements
* Strong experience as Business Analyst
* Proven experience in Finance or Private Assets / Alternative Investments
* Advanced skills in SQL and Excel
* Good knowledge of data modelling and data analytics
* Experience with Power BI
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of Python or DBT
* Experience working on data pipelines or cloud environments
