Junior Product Manager (W/M/D)

Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and implement strategic plans for products within the restorative segment
* Manage the full product lifecycle—from initial concept development to market launch and ongoing optimization
* Partner closely with internal teams across Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Training, and Production
* Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
* Develop financial models and prepare business cases to support decision-making
* Lead and coordinate successful product introductions
* Ensure all products meet applicable regulatory and quality standards
* Build relationships with clinical experts and external collaborators
* Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for assigned product lines
* Track product performance metrics and lead initiatives for continuous improvement
Your Profile:
* Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus
* Experience: 3 years of experience in product management.
* Market Insight: Familiarity with healthcare technologies, customer behaviour, and trends—experience with dental or medical products is advantageous
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and stakeholders
* Project & Budget Management: Strong organizational skills to lead cross-functional projects and manage budgets effectively
* Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential
* Industry Background (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device sectors is preferred but not required
