Currently, for our headquarters located in Biel, we are looking for our department for a:CNC SETTER OPERATOR – BAR TURNINGMissions:- Ensure the setting, preparation, and production monitoring of a fleet of Citizen CNC bar turning machines (M16, M32, and L12)- Ensure the development of new products and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes- Guarantee the compliant production of the line in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines- Perform visual and dimensional checks of the parts produced- Ensure SPC monitoring as well as production traceability- Participate in continuous improvement and preventive maintenance processes for Citizen M16, M32, and L12 CNC machines- Participate in daily rituals during team handovers- Train and support machining operators in the development of their skillsSkills:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a Polymechanic, Micromechanic, or equivalent qualification- Confirmed experience in the field of bar turning and CNC machining- Experience on Citizen M16, M32, and L12 machines constitutes a significant asset- Mastery of CAM software; knowledge of TopSolid represents an advantage- Good command of measuring tools- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous- Team spirit, proactivity, and aptitude for solving technical problemsWhat we offer:- Friendly working environment within a family setting- Captivating and enriching technical challenges- 5 weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks based on daily working hours- Working hours and health insurance contributions jid652d941aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
