Role Overview:
As an AI Content Editor, you will test and challenge AI responses, identifying areas for improvement to help make AI smarter, more accurate, and culturally aware. This role is ideal for Swiss nationals with bilingual proficiency who want to contribute to cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Challenge AI models to assess and improve their accuracy and responsiveness.
2. Identify and document issues related to language nuances and cultural context.
3. Provide insights to improve language-specific functionality in AI systems.
4. Collaborate with our team to refine AI technology through detailed feedback and testing.
5. Come up with diverse problems and solutions for a coding chatbot
6. Write high-quality answers and code snippets
7. Evaluate code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications:
8. Previous Experience in Switzerland Mandatory
9. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English & Italian
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Passion for AI technology and innovation.
12. Proficient in Swift programming language
13. Proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript
14. Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer
15. Availability for 20 hours of remote work per week.
16. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
