As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process from first contact to contract signature, and proactively identify additional sales opportunities. /pp You will work closely with Sales Managers and Customer Account Managers in further developing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and driving strategic sales initiatives for the Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem. /pp You will represent a world-class aviation software solution trusted by leading airlines and MROs worldwide. The role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, precision, and accountability, and who seeks to contribute to the continued growth of a globally respected brand. /ppYou might be a great fit if you bring experience in the following: /pullipEnterprise SaaS Account Executive /p /lilipBid or Tender Manager in a software environment /p /lilipPresales or Solution Consultant looking for greater commercial ownership /p /lilipAviation or MRO commercial professional with customer-facing experience br/p /li /ulpstrongTasks /strong /ppSales Process Management: /pulli pManage the complete sales process from first contact to contract signature. /p /lili pCoordinate and lead tender responses (RFIs, RFPs) by collecting and consolidating input from relevant departments. /p /lili pElaborate financial and commercial offers in line with internal approval procedures. /p /lili pPrepare and customize AMOS standard agreements, including coordination of initial commercial negotiations. /p /lili pEnsure consistent application of sales processes, alignment on pricing practices, and regular exchange on regional market needs. /p /lili pEnsure that all lead and opportunity data are accurately maintained in the CRM system. /p /lili pCoordinate customer presentations, demonstrations, and site visits. /p /li /ul p Business Development: /pulli pIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. /p /lili pBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure trust and long-term cooperation. /p /lili pMap customer stakeholders and develop tailored communication strategies for each opportunity. /p /lili pActively represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and relevant industry events or exhibitions. /p /lili pProvide punctual support to the Marketing team for local events or campaigns when relevant to ongoing leads or business development activities. strongbr/strong /p /li /ulpstrongbr/strong /ppstrongSkills /strong /pullipProven experience in B2B software sales is essential; a solid understanding of software sales processes is a must.
