Team Lead Site Reliability Engineering
We are looking for a talented Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to join our team. This individual will lead reliability engineering efforts, improving system resiliency and performance at scale.
What Will You Do - Responsibilities For Employment
Technical Implementation & Development
* Design and implement high-availability architectures.
* Ensure proactive incident management and root cause analyses.
* Develop and enforce best practices in site reliability engineering.
* Work with leadership to align SRE initiatives with company objectives.
Project Scope & Complexity
* Oversee reliability engineering for critical systems and large-scale distributed services.
Communication & Impact
* Collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive SRE adoption and improvements.
Leadership & Growth
* Mentor mid-level engineers and lead reliability initiatives across teams.
Education
Who You Are - Qualifications
* BS or MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Years And Type Of Experience
* 6-8 years of work experience in a Site Reliability Engineering / Platform Engineering / DevOps role or similar.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities
* Enterprise-scale system reliability, capacity planning and performance optimization, incident resolution strategies, AI-driven reliability engineering, cross-team leadership and influence.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
