Role Overview
As Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist youll collaborate closely with the CMO on branding campaign development and creative strategy.
Youll design impactful materials shape our digital communication and ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint.
Your work will play a key role in how TRAILA is perceived by our clients partners and community.
Tasks
Branding & Design
* Design and evolve TRAILAs brand identity across web print and digital channels.
* Create marketing materials including pitch decks investor presentations campaign assets landing pages and event visuals.
* Develop visuals for internal and external communications reports and product documentation.
* Support storytelling and communication initiatives with creative high-quality design.
Social Media & Content Creation
* Plan design and publish content on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
* Produce compelling digital and motion content (graphics short videos animations).
* Track engagement and contribute to refining our digital voice and content strategy.
Digital Collaboration & Strategy
* Work closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams to align communication and brand goals.
* Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and drive marketing innovation.
* Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work on time and to high standards.
* Support marketing campaigns launches and employer branding initiatives.
* Bring fresh perspectives on digital tools automation and AI-driven communication.
Requirements
* 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and digital communication.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design social media campaigns and multimedia storytelling.
* Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects) and / or Figma.
* Solid understanding of brand identity systems typography layout and composition.
* Proven ability to create engaging video and motion graphics for digital channels.
* Strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail.
* Excellent communication skills both visual and verbal.
* Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Nice to have
* Experience with B2B or tech-focused brands.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and collaboration tools (HubSpot Canva etc.).
* Interest in AI digital storytelling and creative technology.
