You will work together with our small team based in Geneva (2FTE), with in addition the support of colleagues in our global teams based around the world, providing quality service to our international clients. Our client portfolio in Switzerland consists of both corporate and private clients, from simple to complex international structures and including trusts.Your key tasks and responsibilities are:Lead and manage the local office operations, ensuring high-quality fiduciary services and compliance with Swiss and international regulations.Oversee client portfolio, including complex corporate structures, trusts, and foundations for both private and corporate clients.Ensure regulatory compliance, including AML/KYC procedures and reporting obligations under Swiss financial law and global standards, in collaboration with our global Compliance team.Develop and execute business strategy, aligning with the firm’s global goals while identifying growth opportunities in the Swiss market.Reporting directly to the global Board, based in our head office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring consistent service delivery, with communication always having a 24-hour response time.Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors, both locally and internationally, to deliver holistic client solutions.Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous development.Represent the office externally, including with regulators, industry bodies, and at networking events to enhance the firm’s local profile.We offer a varied job in an international boutique style company with an informal culture and a great personal and professional growth perspective. Continuous training (tax, legal, AML and soft skills) will be part of the job.What you should (ideally) bring:Ideally, you bring the following experience and interests with you:Master degree in Corporate Law or similar field (e.g. International Business Administration, International Tax law);At least 5 years of experience in the corporate service industry, trust administration and fiduciary services, working closely with trusts and international structures;Main residency in Switzerland;Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) qualification;Fluent in French and English with professional communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people internationally.
