Responsibilities
1. Management of a project to set up a modern PLM landscape for automated project processing
2. Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and projects
3. Ensuring compliance with project goals, costs, quality and deadlines
4. Project reporting to group management
5. Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
6. Stakeholder management, change management, setting up the project organisation and avoiding scope creep
7. Methodological specifications and support for process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration into the system landscape
Hardskills
8. Many years of experience as (overall) project manager or programme manager
9. Experience in setting up PLM systems
10. Very good E2E process experience in mechanical or plant engineering in larger companies
11. Business fluent German and English language skills are required
12. Willingness to travel approx. 20%

13. Understanding complex issues and translating them into easily understandable tasks
14. Solution-orientated way of working (pragmatism)
