an
IT Support Officer role
in Geneva
.
This is a
24-month, fixed-term, part-time contract (16 hours net per week) subject to a 90-day probation period.
As the
part-time IT Support Officer (ITSO)
you will take on a range of tasks across the UK Mission in Geneva, alongside the lead ITSO. The role will be a job share at a rate of 40%, and the designated working days for this position will be Thursday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be up to date with modern IT platforms and software, with a particular focus on Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Apple IOS. They would also be very customer focussed and be highly motivated to support the wider team with both administrative and IT issues.
The jobholder should have a can-do attitude and be oriented towards providing a supportive and friendly first point of contact service to colleagues of all levels. In addition to this, you should be well organised and able to assist where needed with the planning and set-up of meetings, visits and events at the UK Mission.
We are looking for a highly professional individual; flexible, well organised and adept at juggling competing demands, as well as being able to manage customer and central IT department expectations.
