Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
* Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
* Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our compliants industrial partners.
* Recruit and lead a high‑performing team of engineering consultants.
* Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector.
* Define and centered sales strategies.
* Lead business meetings with key decision‑makers.
* NegotiateApproval contract terms with clients and candidates.
* Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Build and manage your own team of consultants.
* Support career development.
* Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluent in German and English.
* Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
* 0‑3 years of experience.
* Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
