Technical Project Manager (AI Systems)
In Switzerland, this role offers the opportunity to operate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, and client delivery, helping organizations deploy and optimize AI-powered workflows. You will act as the key link between clients and technical teams, ensuring that AI systems are effectively implemented, continuously improved, and aligned with business needs. The position combines project management, client success, and hands‑on operational execution in a fast‑moving AI environment. You will work with modern automation tools and LLM‑based systems to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Accountabilities Set up, manage, and optimize AI‑driven workflows and automation systems using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Go High Level
Gather client requirements and translate them into structured, actionable technical workflows
Design, refine, and improve prompts using LLM tools such as Open AI and Claude to enhance system performance
Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth implementation of AI‑powered solutions
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and feedback loops
Troubleshoot operational issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with technical teams
Work closely with AI engineers to implement advanced automation and system improvements
Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution Requirements Proven experience in operations, technical project management, or AI/automation system implementation
Hands‑on experience with automation platforms such as Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools
Familiarity with large language models (e.g., Open AI, Claude) and basic prompt engineering principles
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing roles
Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows and automation logic
Experience working in remote environments with structured delivery expectations
Background in Saa S, AI startups, or technical operations is a strong plus
