Boutique Switz medical devices manufacturer is looking for a Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the Commercial Director some of her/his functions will be
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans & calendar of events during the year.
* Train distributors on the use of our products and benefits vs competitors.
* Coordinate with Clinical Department new materials and protocols to increase the use of our products.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
* Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and events.
* Follow up daily distributors marketing activities, brand use and activities deployment to position the brand and grow our sales.
* Maintain strong relationships with key speakers and industry partners.
* Coordinate & participate in Congresses & events for the brand and with distributors.
* Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the medical device industry.
* Strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to adapt and work in an "start-up" environment.
* Budget management experience.
