Web3 Content and Social Lead
Stott and May are working with a company building next-gen tooling for the creation and governance of on-chain organizations. With a history of securing billions in assets for major players in DeFi, the team is now expanding its marketing efforts.
They're looking for a Content & Social Lead with strong Web3 infrastructure and DeFi knowledge to lead strategy and execution across blog, social, and email channels. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in shaping brand voice, supporting product launches, and engaging the Web3 community.
What You’ll Do:
1. Own and execute content strategy across blog, social (X & LinkedIn), and email
2. Plan and manage growth initiatives on social channels
3. Track and engage with trends in Web3 culture and governance
4. Lead and support multimedia campaigns (e.g. Spaces, livestreams)
5. Collaborate on GTM campaigns and partner initiatives
6. ???????Support product and documentation teams with technical content
Requirements:
7. 3+ years in content or social media marketing
8. 3+ years in Web3, especially B2B and protocol-level experience
9. Deep understanding of DeFi, governance, and decentralized protocols
10. Strong written communication, including technical content
11. Experience with SEO, CRMs, and tools like Figma
12. Fluent in English
