You are the key driver for new client acquisition and contact management across adesso Switzerland AG. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with decision‑makers across various industries and present the full adesso service and IT solutions portfolio – ranging from strategic consulting and IT consulting to software development services, application management, and operations.
* You are responsible for researching and reaching out to decision‑makers in companies across various industries.
* You act as the central interface between marketing and sales: you evaluate incoming Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), develop them further with a strong sense for timing and customer needs, and hand over qualified opportunities as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Account Management.
* You proactively contact decision‑makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
* With your broad knowledge of the adesso portfolio, you succeed in generating interest in adesso and identifying concrete opportunities for collaboration.
* Your focus is on long‑term and sustainable communication with target clients.
* As a large part of your work is organised independently and remotely, you bring strong time‑management skills, a high level of personal responsibility, and reliable availability across digital communication channels.
How You Succeed
* A strong sales personality with professional experience in telephone‑based customer contact management within the Swiss IT industry, including experience in the Romandie market.
* Proven experience in acquiring and directly approaching companies.
* A cold‑calling enthusiast.
* Confident in dealing with demanding corporate clients and motivated by engaging and winning new customers.
* Strong ability to consistently and sustainably pursue sales opportunities.
* Skilled at handling objections and using benefit‑oriented argumentation.
* Confident use of digital tools and media.
* Strong interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and a results‑driven mindset.
* For Lausanne, C1‑level French and English are required. For Zurich, Bern, and Basel, C1‑level German is also required, in addition to French and English.
