Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Life Science, Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals sectors. With an true entrepreneurial mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of Agap2 Switzerland’s Life Science division. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.
Responsibilities
* Management of the entire business life cycle management
o Clients sourcing
o Sales strategy definition
o Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the industry
o Contracts negotiation
* Management of the talent acquisition process
o Candidates sourcing
o Recruitment strategy definition
o Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees
o Candidates closing
o Signature of full-time contracts
* Management of a team of consultants
o Career plans management
o People management
o Business unit management
Requirements
* MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
* 6 months to 3 years professional experience, including internships and apprenticeship
* Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
* You are fluent in German (C1 minimum), speaking French is a strong advantage
