Role Overview (READ CAREFULLY)
This is not a traditional account management or sales support role.
This position is for a hands-on sales professional who has already sold logistics automation solutions in Brazil and can independently develop the local market, leveraging existing industry relationships.
You will act as the *first commercial representative* in Brazil, working remotely under an EOR arrangement, with direct interaction with headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales
Develop and execute the Brazil market entry sales strategy for logistics automation solutions
Identify, prospect, and engage *end customers, integrators, and partners
Own the full sales cycle
Lead generation
Technical-commercial discussions
Proposal coordination with HQ
Commercial negotiation
Deal closure
Drive sales of capital equipment and automation systems with long sales cycles
Industry & Network Leverage
Leverage existing relationships within the Brazilian logistics automation ecosystem
Actively engage with:
Local system integrators
3PLs
Distribution centers
E-commerce, retail, and industrial customers
Represent the company in *industry meetings, events, and customer visits* as required
Internal Coordination
Act as the local interface between Brazil customers and HQ teams (engineering, solution design, commercial)
Provide structured market feedback to support product positioning and localization
Team Growth (Future)
Support the future setup of a local team as the business scales
Potential to evolve into a Brazil Country Sales Lead role

Mandatory Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Candidates must meet all of the following:
Brazilian national, based in Brazil
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics automation or intralogistics
Proven experience selling warehouse automation systems, such as:
Conveyors
AS/RS
Sortation systems
AGVs / AMRs
Integrated automation solutions
Background at:
Logistics automation OEMs or
System integrators
Demonstrated ability to *independently develop a local market*
Existing industry network in Brazil
Fluent Portuguese (native) and fluent English (daily communication with HQ)

or reputable Brazilian integrators
Experience selling *large-capex projects*
Comfortable working in *early-stage / low-structure environments*
Experience working with *international or foreign-owned companies*

To avoid misalignment, this role is *not suitable* for candidates with backgrounds only in:
Freight forwarding or transportation services
Supply chain operations or logistics management
Sales support, customer service, or inside sales
SaaS, telecom, advertising, or financial services sales
Automotive, oil & gas, or general industrial sales without intralogistics exposure

Compensation & Structure
Base salary: USD 5,000 – 6,000 / month (via EOR)
