Key responsibilities
* Organize and coordinate product testing with internal teams and external laboratories
* Analyse and communicate test results to product development teams
* Create and maintain internal product compliance guidelines and processes
* Request and manage materials compliance documentation
* Regulatory tracking of developments in materials compliance legislation across relevant markets
* Active participation in technical standard committees and compliance-related industry working groups
* Support and advise product and sales teams with compliance requests
* Coordinate and oversee product compliance information provided to customers, including website content
* Summarise and present complex topics and test results to a wide audience
Profile
* Scientific, engineering, or technical Master degree
* Affinity to work in product compliance
* 2+ years of work experience preferably including experience in product compliance
* Knowledge in materials compliance is a plus
* High affinity to organize administrative tasks and documentation on various projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, precisely, and prioritizing work accordingly
* Reliable and proactive team player
* Fluent in business English
* Knowledge in any other language and international experience
* Sport enthusiast
* Ability to work on-site in Givisiez, Switzerland
* Willingness to travel
