To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Personnel support in close cooperation with department heads
* Complete personnel administration from hiring to termination
* Support for up to four personnel departments
* Preparatory payroll accounting
* Applicant management and independent recruitment
* Responsible for all trainees
* Collaboration in HR projects, such as occupational health management, sustainability, and welfare campaigns
* Implementation of employer branding strategies
* Collaboration in forecasting and budget processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Successfully completed training in the hotel industry
* Relevant additional qualifications (e.g., HR specialist, personnel officer, or similar) or a degree with a focus on human resources
* Practical experience in human resources
* In-depth knowledge of labor law and social security
* Communication skills and organizational skills
* Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
* Structured, independent, and autonomous working style
* Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
