Founded in 2017, SIRADIS is a distribution business focused on disruptive food and beverage brands. Our portfolio includes over 800 articles and our distribution network includes supermarket chains, wholesalers, cafeterias, restaurants/cafés, e-commerce platforms, independent retailers, convenience stores and many more. Our HQ is located in Nyon and our logistics hubs are in Kölliken, Fribourg and Nyon.

About the Role

Imagine representing a portfolio of exciting brands that accompany consumers throughout their day. As a Field Sales Representative, you are at the heart of this mission. You actively develop our presence across the on-trade, food-service, and independent retail channels, building strong relationships with restaurateurs, coffee shop owners, buyers, stores managers and entrepreneurs across the industry. With your strong understanding of the field, you identify your clients needs, continuously prospect and spot new opportunities, and play a key role in growing our brands in the market by achieving your sales targets. You are a trusted partner to our customers and an ambassador for our portfolio brands.


Start and location

Starting date from April-May, to be discussed. Position is in the field in Zürich visiting customer and prospects with monthly day-trips to our on-site offices in Nyon.


Key Responsibilities

* You manage an assigned territory (Zürich), from maintaining relationships with existing clients to acquiring new accounts in order to grow our business.
* You develop and manage our client portfolio by building strong and lasting relationships.
* You optimize the product mix (upselling) to achieve your sales targets.
* You identify and acquire new clients among restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, coffee shops and independent retailers.
* You execute the strategy defined by your team and effectively leverage available resources to achieve your objectives, including:
* Planning and conducting regular field visits across Zürich and surroundings.
* Ensuring strong product visibility and merchandising at points of sale (fridges, shelves, displays, menus, etc.)
* Support the organisation and actively participate in tastings, activations, and events to promote our brands and drive visibility and sales with our clients
* You are autonomous in building and executing your prospecting plans to achieve your targets
* You use and leverage the tools provided to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports
* You develop and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and wholesalers to expand market presence and drive sales growth for our brands in their portfolios


Profile

* You have several years of sales experience in the beverage, snacks or other FMCG products within the Zürich area.
* You are a field-oriented sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and a solid network in gastronomy, foodservice and independent retail across Zürich.
* You are growth-oriented and always on the hunt for new business opportunities.
* You are well-organised, self-driven and motivated by sales-targets.
* You are a foodie with a genuine interest in innovative products.
* You hold a valid Category B driver’s license.
* Your mother-tongue is Swiss-German, are fluent in english and decent spoken french is a plus.
