We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our Regulatory Team. This role reports to the VP, Global Regulatory Affairs (based in Lausanne, Switzerland) and works closely with our U.S.-based CEO. Because of this, the position must be based in the U.S. Eastern Time zone—this is an essential requirement
What you’ll be working
* Developing and monitoring the evolution of our Timeline branded product health claims from initial development and ideation to commercialization and postlaunch monitoring.
* Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on regulatory requirements for new product launches, reformulations, and label updates.
* Drive regulatory priorities through clear project plans, progress tracking, and status reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Support preparation and management of regulatory submissions.
* Author and maintain technical dossiers, claim-support packages, and global regulatory filings with precision and clarity.
* Reviewing, monitoring, and revising copy on all advertisements made on the company’s products (including supplements and topical products), websites, social media channels, email communications and via influencers to ensure that marketing claims align with the clinical science that supports them and adheres to the relevant regulatory guidance.
* Review and approve all marketing copy (supplements & topicals) across channels—including websites, social, email, influencers, and paid ads—to ensure claims are supported by clinical data and are compliant with the relevant regulatory guidelines.
* Working closely with marketing on artwork development and approval to ensure product claims are compliant with relevant regulatory guidelines.
* Monitor priorities, track progress against schedules, and communicate status updates to other departments.
* Ensure health claim compliance with our final products with relevant regulatory requirements for the different jurisdictions we operate.
* Support Regulatory in creating submissions and responding to submission inquiries.
* Author technical and regulatory documents with clarity, detail, and correctness.
* Assist in developing training on health claims for the marketing and production team, as well as third-party influencers and external partners.
Must-Have Qualifications
* 5+ years of U.S. dietary supplement regulatory affairs experience, ideally within an established supplement brand.
* Minimum qualifications: BSc. in Biology, or an equivalent degree and / or advanced degree (Master or PhD preferred) or RA certification (e.g., RAPS RAC)
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and health claims monitoring.
* Deep experience with FDA guidance documents, as well as FTC documents in regard to health claims and their substantiation. Experience of products in international markets a plus.
* Deep working knowledge of claim guidance, and global supplement regulatory frameworks.
* Proven record managing health-claim development, label reviews, and regulatory submissions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical science into actionable marketing guidance.
* Strong project management skills, including cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Self-starter who is able to work independently in a global team structure.
* Capable of effectively communicating complex information to teams and management.

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $120,000 – $145,000. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as location, experience level, qualifications for the role, and balancing internal equity.
