Your main responsibilities
1. Manage the full product life cycle, including product design, approval, and phase out processes for Trading and Origination products
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Front Office and Risk on new product ideas, assessing product potential, costs, and risks
3. Secure efficient product approval, implementation, testing, and handover to the respective business lines
4. Foster strong collaboration within New Product Committee (NPC) stakeholders and ensure end to end implementation across systems and processes, identifying and addressing gaps where needed
5. Manage and continuously enhance the new product approval process
6. Initiate and manage product management related projects and initiatives
7. Review product management documentation and ensure the Alpiq Product Catalogue is accurate and up to date
8. Lead weekly product implementation calls with all stakeholders and coordinate communication with internal and external counterparts for product and service implementation
Your profile
9. Master’s degree in a relevant field
10. At least 3 years of experience in the energy industry within product management, Sales & Origination, Trading, or Risk
11. Knowledge of energy structured products and strong understanding of standard energy products
12. Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and a self starting personality
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills
14. Strong analytical skills with a structured, organized approach and high attention to detail
15. Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian are an advantage
