Your Tasks
* Provide best in class Customer Service to aircraft Owners, Operators, CAMOs, and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
* Build and sustain strong customer relationships to promote trust and long-term engagement.
* Work closely with CAMOs and aircraft Operators/Owners to oversee dedicated aircraft retrofit campaigns and modification programs and manage commercial aspects
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the AOG Coordinator, Technical Support, Warranty and Spares Team, to ensure smooth operations
* Act as point of escalation related to in-service issues including commercial aspects
* Conduct occasional on-site visits to Customers, Service Centers and CAMO organizations
With this you convince us
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering is advantageous
* Broad aerospace background is required, preferably with experience across technical, commercial and customer support domains
* Demonstrated experience in a CAMO environment, ideally with business jets or similar aircraft is considered an asset
* Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
* Fluent English, German and French language skills are required,
* Proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively under pressure, fostering teamwork in dynamic environments
* A Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours
