We are looking for a Senior Assistant to support senior leadership in Partners Group's Product Solutions Department in Zug, Switzerland.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist Department Head (Partner) with his daily organizational tasks. Additionally, support broader senior leadership team in the Department
2. Calendar management of internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls
3. Assist with events and offsites organization and coordination
4. Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with an external agency; prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook and process expense reports
5. Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings (including packages for the Executive Team and Board of Directors), assemble and print meeting agendas and hand-outs
6. Maintain, file and execute contracts
7. Maintain and update data in internal databases and systems
8. Review, cross-reference, format and assemble power point presentations in accordance with corporate design standards
9. Other administrative tasks as necessary

What we expect
Minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity, including support for executive and senior management
10. Bachelor's degree or 'KV Lehre' with comparable number of years' experience
11. Proficient in MS Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new skills related to new applications
12. Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
13. Organized with high attention to detail
14. Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing to strong administrative support team
15. Proficient English in writing and speaking, German is a plus
