Position Summary
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for growing our presence with gastroenterology groups, large medical organizations, and health systems across the country. This role focuses on expanding adoption of our bowel prep and patient engagement solutions, building strong partnerships, and supporting revenue growth. The person owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contracting and onboarding, while working closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospects and identifies new business opportunities
* Presents to key stakeholders through demos and capability decks
* Builds relationships with key decision makers
* Partners cross-functionally with internal teams
* Tracks sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM tools
* Attends relevant conferences, meetings, and networking events
* Maintains an in-depth understanding of GI practice workflows & challenges
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (Required)
* Experience: 3+ years in pharma sales or pharmacy sales (Required)
* 5+ years in GI specific pharma sales (Preferred)
* Enterprise and health system sales experience (Preferred)
* Knowledge of healthcare sales and account management fundamentals (Required)
* Knowledge of gastroenterology specific sales experience. Ideally in large organizations (Preferred)
* National level pipeline development skills (Required)
* Ability to work independently and manage remote sales cycles (Required)
* Ability to develop new markets and territories from scratch (Preferred)
Work Environment
* Location: Remote
* Schedule: Full-time
* Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday with night and weekend hours on occasion as determined by the needs of the business.
Key Essential Functions
* Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while writing or reviewing documentation.
* Work on a computer for the entire shift.
* Attend virtual meetings with cross-functional teams.
