As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are creating a new position within our Nyon warehouse and are looking for a reliable, organized, and autonomous person for the daily management of shipments. This position is particularly suitable for a person looking for sustainable part-time employment, alongside a complementary activity, family life, or a personal project.MissionsOn a daily basis, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Nyon warehouse and will work in connection with our logistics and customer service teams. Your main missions will be:- Prepare orders for our private and professional customers using our system.- Check and receive deliveries, label products, and ensure proper stock maintenance.- Participate in inventories and report any discrepancies.- Check the quality of orders before shipment.- Manage merchandise returns and transmit the necessary information to our customer service department.- Carry out certain administrative tasks at the start and end of the day.- Ensure the general smooth operation of the warehouse and propose improvements when necessary.This position being a new creation, its content may evolve gradually depending on the activity and your skills.Profile:More than specific experience in logistics, we are looking above all for a person on whom we can rely.
