Company introduction Universo SAHRBP - Replacement for Leave Universo SA is a member of the Group, a global leader in watchmaking, whose skills and experience have made it a reference for Swiss Made watch hands for over a century. The company is also a major player in the fields of dial appliques and watch glasses. For a maximum duration of one year, we are looking for an HR Business Partner with a strong sensitivity for supporting young talents and solid general HR experience, as a replacement for parental leave. The role focuses on managing apprentices and supporting managers.Job description Comprehensive management of the apprentice program (approximately 25 apprentices). Management of the life cycle of apprentices: recruitment, monitoring, and advice to internal staff and apprenticeship managers. Interface with schools, cantonal partners, and event organizations related to apprentices (welcome, assessments, project development meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of the program - Essential monitoring and requests necessary for the smooth operation of the logistical basis for the plan (updates, registrations, traceability). HRBP activities and support for managers Advising managers on HR topics, recruitment in connection with long-term absences and with insurances. Contribution to cross-cutting HR projects and occasional involvement in HR actions, events, and any necessary support related to Human Resources. Profile Required Higher education in Human Resources or a relevant field with confirmed experience in a generalist HR role, managing the complete cycle of apprentices (recruitment, monitoring, and the professional system (CFC, AFP, educational establishments) knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes, ability to support a diverse audience (apprentices, managers, external partners). Autonomy, sense of organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Dynamic, structured personality with a professional posture. Skills Required Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Ability to guide young people with pedagogy and firmness. Service-oriented mindset and solution-oriented approach. Analytical capacity and calm management of sensitive issues. Rigor, reliability, and sense of confidentiality. Team spirit and active collaboration with other members of the HR service.
